Megan Brott Sullivan
Enrollment Project Manager
Megan has extensive administrative and financial experience in schools and colleges that contribute greatly to her consulting projects. Our clients benefit mostly from her analytical and budgetary experience, as well as her financial-savvy perspective. It was in her 9 years managing the annual operating budget at Milton Academy and supervising auxiliary services where she fine-tuned her critical eye. Megan understands enrollment through a financial sustainability lens and was instrumental in supporting recruitment and enrollment efforts with such initiatives as transportation to current and newly developing markets. Megan has also actively engaged with Board committees, including Strategic Planning and Trustee Budget Committees.
When not managing client and office projects, Megan is an active community member, working on issues of sustainability in a variety of forums. She is a member and past Chairperson of her town’s active Transfer Station and Recycling Committee, co-founded Medfield Green, which is now part of the Savvy Women’s Alliance, and serves on the Dana Hall School Sustainability Committee. Megan holds a BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University and an MBA from Babson College.
